Studio Rules & Usage Policies
A few quiet principles that keep our work — and our clients — thriving.
1. Studio Visits
The studio at 142 Triq il-Kbira welcomes visitors by appointment only. This protects the climatic conditions of our specimens and ensures every guest receives our undivided attention. Please book at least 24 hours in advance via email or telephone.
2. Care of Living Material
Plants supplied by Verdant Atelier are living organisms. Clients agree to follow the care guide provided at handover, including light placement, watering cadence, and humidity recommendations. Misuse, neglect, or relocation without consultation may void the 30-day health guarantee.
3. Photography & Press
Photography of installations during business operations is welcomed. Press, magazine, or commercial shoots involving our work require prior written consent. Credit should be attributed as "Verdant Atelier — verdantatelier.com".
4. Sustainability Commitment
We do not source plants from CITES-restricted wild populations. Clients commissioning rare specimens acknowledge that ethical sourcing may extend lead times. We encourage propagation, re-homing, and seasonal pruning over disposal.
5. On-Site Conduct
During installations, our team requires reasonable access, clean working areas, and consideration for safe handling of vessels and ladders. We do not work in environments with active construction dust unless protective measures are agreed in writing.
6. Maintenance Visits
Maintenance technicians arrive within agreed time windows. Clients on monthly plans agree to provide reliable access; missed visits due to access issues are non-refundable but will be rescheduled within the same month where possible.
7. Communication
We respond to all enquiries within two working days. We ask the same patience in return — design is a slow craft, and meaningful proposals deserve unhurried thought.
8. Respect for the Studio
Verdant Atelier is a working studio and a sanctuary. We ask all clients, partners, and visitors to engage with us — and our living collection — with the calm and care it deserves.
