Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the verdantatelier.com website and any services, consultations, installations, or maintenance plans provided by Verdant Atelier ("we", "us", "our"), operating from 142 Triq il-Kbira, San Pawl il-Baħar, SPB 1023, Malta.

2. Services

Verdant Atelier provides bespoke plant styling, custom botanical installations, maintenance plans, and biophilic design consultancy. All services are subject to a written proposal and acceptance prior to commencement.

3. Bookings & Payments

Consultations may be booked via our website, email, or telephone. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm any commissioned installation. The balance is payable upon completion. Maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance.

4. Cancellations

Consultations may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance at no charge. Installation deposits are non-refundable once specimen sourcing has commenced. Maintenance plans require 30 days' written notice to terminate.

5. Living Material

Plants are living organisms and their long-term condition depends on environmental factors at the client's premises, including light, humidity, and care adherence. We guarantee the health of supplied specimens for 30 days post-installation when our maintenance plan is in effect.

6. Intellectual Property

All design proposals, sketches, mood boards, and installation concepts produced by Verdant Atelier remain our intellectual property. Photography of completed projects may be used in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by Maltese law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to damage to flooring, furnishings, or fittings caused by client misuse following installation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
